Autism Articles for Educators and Others CESA #7 Department of Special Education contracted with Susan Stokes, autism consultant and author, to publish these articles related to autism, interventions and strategies for success. A print version of these articles will be available through the 12 CESA RSN departments in April 2001, as well as through PEP-WI, WI FACETS and the Autism Society of Wisconsin. You can also download this 100 page autism publication from the CESA #7 web site in a PDF format. The graphics that illustrate the information are not included in the PDF print version. The web site version includes graphics displaying the various tools and strategies described in the articles (Recommended).

Technical Assistance Manual on Autism Kentucky Department of Education. This is an incredibly useful manual to help develop appropriate programming for students with autism. Based on the Autism Competency Model developed by Nancy J. Dalrymple and Lisa A. Ruble. Nancy was the former director of the Indiana Resource Center for Autism. From the introduction: "Congratulations! You have taken the first step toward meeting the educational needs of students with autism. You have put yourself on an exciting pathway of personal and professional growth.
